PAYMENT: We are currently using Square for all of our transactions. We like Square because they keep all of your information secure and they never share it with us. This keeps you safe.

PRIVACY: Information provided to us by our customers will always be kept confidential. We will never sell your information to any other organization. We do keep your email address for sending you information about AUTUMNSOL by danielle blaire. You always have the option to unsubscribe from our email list at anytime.

ARTISTIC LICENSE: Since our products are all handmade, no products will look exactly the same. Please expect differences in our designs from time to time.

SHIPPING: All shipping charges are calculated for U.S. addresses only. We ship using UPS, which--depending on your location--takes a max of 3 to 5 days from the time we ship. We normally ship Monday - Wednesday to ensure that you receive your package before the weekend.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the product packaging is opened. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the product packaging. Once you open the product, we cannot accept it for return or refund.

COMPUTER ERROR: We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if we price an item for $0.07 instead of $7.00 and you buy a million items at $0.07, we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.

ALLERGIES: It is the responsibility of the user of our our products to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test our products as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the products on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.
